It is a machine where the mattress is inserted into three closed packaging sides and seals the open mouth part of the packaging with press or without press

This machine requires two operators to run

The packaging process can be carried out manually on the table in front of the machine

The packed mattress is inserted to the machine and press is completed without sealing the open mouth part of the packing. After pressing, the open mouth of the package is sealed

The pressed and packaged product can be sent to a second press through the automatic stacker for stacking, directed to the roll-pack machine, or passed and removed from the manual packaging machine to be stacked onto a pallet

Foam, spring mattress, and pads can all be pressed and packaged with this machine
