This machine is used during the carcass preparation at the beginning of the mattress assembling process. In other words, the machine is used to reduce the width and height of foam, latex, bonnell spring and pocket spring mattresses and insert them into a cover easily and quickly

Machine consists of three parts which are feeding conveyor, cover insertion unit and exit conveyor. It adjusts the width and height of the mattress automatically according to the size. Since the mattress cover is inserted quicker and faster, it saves time and labor cost. In full automatic mode, it inserts 5 covers in a minute. This machine can also be used to insert the assembled mattress into the polyethylene packing
